How It Started

 

Lionheart Seamoss started with something much simpler than a business. It started in the Bahamas, with family, tradition and the little things I grew up seeing at home. I remember my grandmother making Cerasee tea and believing in the natural ways of caring for the body. At the time, I didn’t realize how much those moments would stay with me.

 

As I got older, I began to understand that wellness isn’t always about complicated routines or the latest trend. Sometimes, it’s about getting back to the basics and being more intentional about what we put into our bodies and how we take care of ourselves.

 

In 2020, Lionheart Seamoss was created from that belief. What started as something personal became a way for me to share a piece of where I come from and what I believe in. Because at the end of the day, your health is one of the most important things you have.

Lionheart means more to me than just a name.

It represents strength, discipline, courage and intention. It’s about having the mindset to take better care of yourself, even when life gets busy and it’s easy to put your health on the back burner.

 

With Lionheart Seamoss, I wanted to keep things simple. Natural products. Quality ingredients. Thoughtful preparation. No need to overcomplicate something that has been part of traditional wellness for generations.

For me, trust has to be earned. Outside of Lionheart Seamoss, I have a professional career as a licensed mortgage agent. Lionheart is something I continue because I genuinely care about it and believe in what it represents.

 

This brand was never created simply because wellness was trending.
